This soap packaging machine is a horizontal flow pack machine and has a sorting unit along with a C belt conveyor, a film roller, a fin seal unit, and an end seal unit. The soap packaging process is after cutting and delivery to the former conveyor, then delivery to the sorting unit at a certain speed and distance, then pushing the soap bar into a film tube which is formed by the bag former, then sealed by fin seal unit and end seal unit. The whole process is a continuous type, fast speed.

(1) C belt

The C belt of packaging system is use to change the swiss rolls or other products’ direction and deliver to different packaging machines.

(2) Sorting unit

Sorting unit of packaging system introduction:

The sorting unit parts is consist of 2 conveyor belts and 5-6 sensors.

Function of the sorting unit:

The main function of this sorting unit is controlled the product feeding speed, located it and connect with the packaging machine automatically. Once it detected product too much, the feeding speed will slow down, if lack of product, then the feeding speed will speak up soon.

Advantage of the sorting unit:
